    2009 North Trash Talk Thread

What the heck? How can we have the draft starting and not have a trash talk thread. I'll start. I suck for leaving my draft list at home and will have to run home at lunch. I will hopefully get my pick in before the deadline today but its gonna be close.

I just went freakin' VIKING. Dammit dammit dammit.

I had no idea we could draft that fast. I figured the draft might be to my by the evening but not onto the third freakin' round. I am truly impressed!

I lost out on Warner as a resut of the norseman clubbing. So, I'm rolling with Cutler instead. At least they get my Lions twice!

I made the executive decision as the commish to start at a 6 hour clock instead of a 12 hour clock to keep the draft moving this year.

Congrats in winning the initial, annual DOD...I mean...VIKING award.

    I feel your pain, DOD!

Mastiff - Best of luck with McFadden, I think he'll post pretty good numbers this year.

Salt in the wounds: I got Viking'd out of Warner and have to play against him (and those fiesty Kodiaks) in Week 1. My consolation is having Boldin. I had him on my team a few years back and am stoked to have this stud again. Without fail, Boldin will win two or three weeks all by himself. Go Q!

Set to head out for vacation this afternoon....I leave the draft in the capable hands of Mastiff, Tranplanner, and Gedunker....all of whom (should) have my cheatsheets to make picks for me while I'm gone.

    Happy drafting!

Why do we need to? The first week is at least 3 weeks away and we are more than half done as it is. Seems to be quite manageable as of yet the way it is.

Back...thanks to all for keeping things moving while I was "off the grid."

Was there changes made to the starting lineups? I missed the memo - how many defensive players do we start now?
