Mobile mini golf course: need planning permission?would a mobile mini golf course (mini golf course based on a trailer - sounds mad i know!!) need planning permission if it is in use on private land. It is in a heavy tourist footfall area and would be transported down to venue each morning, and leave each night.
It will be summer season based but will be on site for more than 28 days per year. The venue it would be used on already makes use of the tourist footfall via a permanent shop/cafe with seperate toilet block.
You have to ask your local jurisdiction. Each will have different rules to follow.

Temporary use of land for an activity to which has no existing rights or land use rights. Looking at the potential impacts upon adjoing properties, ie parking, noise, evening floodlights, rubbish removal, anti-social behaviour, disabled access, toilets, child-proof balustrades on trailer edges.
That is interesting!
I think the council might have to make some policies on that one. But I guess it would be kind of like the circus coming to town. What Barrie said seems right
