I am looking for something along the lines of wikimapia or scribblemaps. I am using this for an apartment search. I want to basically create new collections of addresses and easily change the marker shapes and colors for certain locations. Does anyone have any other recommendations for sites? Thanks-

Two rather simple solutions for your project:
1) Use http://www.typo3.org as CMS, add rggooglemap as Extension (http://typo3.org/extensions/reposito...lemap/current/) and setup adresses as necessary. You can also group, geolocate and mashup them.
2) Quick and Dirty: use http://www.worldkit.org as standalone mapping tool for a rather small and static collection of adresses. No geo-application, hence no trouble maintaining it... or expanding it
