    Pass-by discount for high schools

So I'm working on a study with one of the planned developments being a 1500 student high school along an urban other principal arterial. The ITE trip generation handbook provides no information to suggest a pass-by discount for high schools.

Having observed plenty of parents dropping their kids off while on the way to work, it seems likely that there would be a 0% pass-by discount. If anyone on here has worked on a study involving assigning pass-by discounts to a high school, can you provide some insight into this matter?

Though the parents drop off there kids on there way to work you can consider those trips in to Pass-by. If you actually read the description of Pass-by Trip in the ITE manual, it explains it clearly. Pass by is some thing where the intermediate stop that you make is not pre meditated.
