    Cornell writing sample???

    is Cornell's writing sample optional? if not, how long, about what?

    For city planning it should be optional.

    I submitted a paper that was around 1600 words. I doub't they'll actually read the whole thing.

    Where in Newport are you? I just did a Crystal Cove hike this morning!

    Is this on the website somewhere? Do they want one from MRP applicants? To me, it just looks like its required for PhD applicants, but I want to send in anything that can help my chances.

    I think its for the PhDs. It never hurts to submit one if you have it.
