Acceptance rates at certain Canadian schools

    hi, i'm new here...

just finished my last application today and I was wondering if anyone knew the acceptance rates or how many people applied to/were accepted the following schools in previous years:

University of Toronto - Master of Science in Planning
Ryerson University - Master of Planning
McGill University - Master of Urban Planning
Waterloo University - Master of Arts in Planning

    Thanks so much!

I'm not in any of these schools, but since I was so determined to go to McGill I found a contact last year who is a first year student there now. They started with 22 students in total, 3 of these in urban design stream. Apparently the urban design stream fell apart this year and the people involved totally got screwed over. One of them left and apparently the other two are potentially leaving.

Take a look at this guide: http://www.acsp.org/education_guide/overview

Provides detailed information about pretty much all accredited schools in the US and Canada.

    According to the guide:
    U of T (09/10): 251 applied to the program, 33 enrolled
Ryerson (09/10): 139 applied to the program, 30 enrolled in the program
    McGill (08/09): 180 applied, 27 enrolled

Waterloo did not have this information available.

Thanks! I'm surprised there were only 3 in the design stream. I thought there would have been a more balanced mix. Hopefully 2010 will be better for them!

Thanks so much! This was really helpful! At least there's decent chance in getting accepted into those schools.
