"World peace through zoning" bumper sticker sighting

spotted this sticker in Chicago, north suburbs, on the Edens.

Own up to it, or better yet, tell me how to get one...

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves?
Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.

This sounds familiar. I think I saw them at a conference once. One of my instructors in grad school worked for Duncan.

Which means you graduated from Ball State

ps. It was either Vegas or Philly.

I am taking a zoning class this semester. It's going to be interesting as I just downloaded the syllabus and it was 12 pages long . Is May 16th here yet?

At my first Director position, the engineering staff took me to lunch and presented me with a sticker that said "No amount of planning will ever take the place of dumb luck"

I had one of those on my vehicle until it peeled off due to weather - I got it in Des Moines for a Lead Paint Certification training. It also says Duncan & Assoc. (but I cut that off). Someone should make them of the normal bumper sticker material and I'm sure a few Cyburbians would purchase them!

I worked with Duncan and Associates at my former position (they were a hired consultant). Lee Einsweiler was an excellent consultant choice. He's since moved on to form his own group, "Code Studio". I believe he's still based in Austin, TX.

I had one of those bumper stickers on my cubicle wall.
Dude, I'm cheesing so hard right now.

Wow! I didn't know they had a bumper sticker like that. I must be hanging with a different crowd because I only know of "Peace Through Superior Firepower."

"Visualize Whirled Peas" still gets my vote for BBSOAT (Best Bumper Sticker of All TIme) in the peace genre.
