I have been a professional in the community and economic development field for the past 30 years. Formerly a senior analyst with a national nfp research organization, and later a VP with a local one, I've been all around the US doing this work, and have worked in virtually every related sector (land use planning, real estate development, public policy, housing, health care, faith-based, education, strategic planning, etc). For the past 20 years I've been a self-employed contract researcher/writer/analyst, and have done just about every job function from proposals all the way through to project implementation. I'm excited to see such a diverse, vibrant cyber community devoted to a topic I love! Looking forward to learning lots here!
