    Guess The Tower #1

Towers come in all sorts of sizes, shapes, types. We have all seen water towers, bell towers, clock towers, navigation towers, viewing towers. Rather than focus on a certain type of tower, this Bear thought it would be fun to play Guess The Tower, allowing any type. Of course, I will jump off (to) the first submission.

This tower is located in the Great Lakes area. An actor lives nearby, part of the year.

This is way to easy for me. I will need to abstain. I'd knew it though right away, in fact in .... well I'm sure Bear understands!

^^Same here. (Once rode out there with the local bicycle club, and crossed paths with a parade. A local industry was represented, tossing out boxes of their product. I caught one.)

    Ditto. Jeff Daniels.
People will miss that it once meant something to be Southern or Midwestern. It doesn't mean much now, except for the climate. The question, “Where are you from?” doesn't lead to anything odd or interesting. They live somewhere near a Gap store, and what else do you need to know? - Garrison Keillor

This is what I buy my ladies when I tell them I am going to buy them something that comes in a pale blue box. I don't understand why I get dumped shortly afterwards. Do you think its because I spoil them?

No guesses? I would have thought we'd get some correct guesses in a jiffy.

    Yes, indeed-ee.....we have a winner!

A number of "locals" knew the answer right away and shied-away from posting their answer. For what it is worth, I took the pic when Katie and I were driving home after spending a 4th of July in a tavern in Hell, Michigan.
