    Hello, from Dallas, TX!
"We do not need any other Tutankhamun's tomb with all its treasures. We need context. We need understanding. We need knowledge of historical events to tie them together. We don't know much. Of course we know a lot, but it is context that's missing, not treasures." - Werner Herzog, in Archaeology, March/April 2011

Wow, what a great site!! Hello from Calgary Alberta

Thrilled to find this site today!

I was looking for information on what the approximate increase in value of
    re-zoned property might be.

so I'll ask the question here: when going from R2 to R4 what is the approximate increase in value of an inner city area? Especially if it has excellent access to the downtown core?

thanks, I look forward to an informed reply!
