    Administrative Professionals Day

My calendar shows tomorrow as Administrative Professionals Day. Will you be showering your admin with jewels and furs? Thanking with flowers and cards?

How about either donuts in the morning or ice cream after lunch ?
    Oddball
Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves?
Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

Are you sure you're not hurt ?
No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.
Broke parts take a little longer, though.

I don't have an administrator so no.

The big boss will probably take the admin team out for lunch.

I went to grab cards today. It was quite difficult picking out a card for our one admin. All the cards had sayings like thanks for pitching in when needed; you've got a great attitude; couldn't do it without you; you're the best - none of which apply to our main admin.

Couldn't find a "Thanks for doing what you do" card?

    Sounds like you need the:

Thanks for doing a moderately adequate job card

    or the

We appreciate the mediocre and average performance of your duties card

    or maybe

Thanks for exhibiting the bare minimum skills for keeping your job card

Oh boy the 'tude around here (although I understand).

We do the traditional DD gift card New England style administrative professional days. Always goes over well, who doesn't need more Dunkie's regulars?

That's the card ZG picked up for me yesterday along with a house plant for our admin. The card also says, "you're the one, thanks a ton." Which is apropos in this case.
