    Denver planner Karle Seydel died

Helped guide/lead the development of the Coors Field neighborhood of Denver.
And he was a UCD graduate.

Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

Never got the chance to meet him when I lived in Denver. That's too bad.
