    Did you visit the Catacombs or the archaeological site under Notre Dame? Those are amongst the best non-touristy tourist attractions in the city IMO. Well, and pear almond tarts.

    This scene is so wonderfully French. It reminds me of the content on a vernacular French signage Web site I came across a while ago.

    We did the crypt under Notre Dame, but the lineup for the Catacombs was too long so we just kept walking.
