    Directional signage

Does anyone have any good examples of directional signage in a downtown that a city has done? Also, a good example of maps/kiosks.

There a couple of pedestrian oriented directional signs in this thread. I'm going to be out there again in about a week. I'll take and post some more.

A nuisance may be merely a right thing in the wrong place — like a pig in the parlor instead of the barnyard.

DC and baltimore both have great directional signs, they look almost exactly the same.

This picture shows such sign in Baltimore. I think putting the distance in blocks is the best touch
