Suburban TOD examples in the Bay Area

I am looking for good examples of suburban transit-friendly neighborhoods in the Bay Area (not downtowns). Any ideas?

Richmond Transit Village, Richmond CA. It's a Calthorpe-designed project and still under construction. Phase 2 broke ground this month.

Here is a good starting point.

Greenbelt Alliance, a smart growth/open space advocacy organization in SF, has a Compact Development Team, which I interned on while still in school, that reviews, endorses, and advocates for compact, transit/pedestrian friendly developments in the Bay Area. Most all of them are in suburban cities in the Bay Area, though they are generally stand-alone developments and within reasonable proximity to downtowns. Don't know if that is exactly what you're looking for but hopefully it will help.

Try asking BART or the MTA

I believe Walnut Creek was one of the first modern TOD success stories (anywhere). Not sure what that means exactly but I remember hearing it distinctly.
