    Land use structure and patterns for historic cities

    Hi there, I m newcomer here

    I wanna help to find information or website that provide structure and Pattern or Land Use of Old Cities in 17th-18th Century which now became modern cities such as cities in Europe like London, Paris, Amsterdam etc. It can be added with many explanation and map

    I'm not aware of any definitive sources but if you Google "<insert city name here> historic map" you should get some image results that will pull you in the right direction.

    Try Mapping Boston for a review of the evolution of the city of Boston, Mass. There is also a very nice book that goes along with the website.

    Another book worth reading is The City Assembled: The Elements of Urban Form Through History by Spiro Kostof.
