    Peak hours on bus schedules

I am a beginner in transport planning and am wondering what methods people use to figure out peak hours from bus schedules.

User demand is probably the biggest factor. More people use the bus during peak hours, with greater demand inthe PM peak in most cities.

Second is the ability to pay for additional headways.
