I want to thank everyone who gave some great suggestions for my previous posting on rules for digital signs (EMS's).

Now I have a question about how people are enforcing these rules.
In Canada, we have a much longer winter than most of you in the States (at least Calgary does) where the temperature drops below -10c (14F) most of the winter and can be as low as -40c (-40F).

We had a few light metres which could have helped us; but alas don't work below -10c. I was hoping other places which have EMS's that are in colder climates would have some suggestions as to a light metre that would be workable?

Thanks!
