RFP for public safety - request for help (RFH)

Does anyone have an RFP I can plagiarize for a feasibility and space study for public safety?

We want to find out if we can work with the existing building for police and fire for better space usage, or can we put a wing on it, or, demo/rebuild, or look for a better site - so it's a multi-tiered consultant review. I think I need about 40k for this project, at least!

but I hate to re-in vent the wheel if someone has done something similar that I can work off of...

    thanks in advance!

Here is one I am bidding on now, that contains a portion of what you want, but might help anyway. http://www.wisconsinplanners.org/RFP...vic_Center.pdf

In terms of a budget, I would expect that with a minimal number of drawings (i.e., just conceptual floor plans), you might get by with $40,000.
Anyone want to adopt a dog?
