Do any of your communities regulate rear-yard parking? Marshalltown regulates front-yard parking based on size and construction material but nothing beyond the house or in the rear yard. A question about this has recently come up.

If so, do you regulate material (gravel vs. pavement), percentage of a rear yard, different standards in different zones, etc.
