    The law on group homes

    Somewhere it is written that a city must permit group homes (up to five unrelated individuals) for developmentally disabled people. I think it is federal law. Help! I need the citation for tonight's city council meeting.

    It's also in Michigan's Zoning Enabling Act (for up to 6 residents). Not that that helps you all that much
