Combination of Iphone and Outlook on my desktop PC. Smartphones are the best thing since sliced bread for organizing calendar, contacts, emails, notes, etc. I don't know how people live and work without them these days.

I use different methods depending what I'm planning. If its business meetings, I use Outlook. If it's vacation, billing notes, etc., I use a wall calendar. If it's personal, I use paper as I need it. I don't have a smartphone, PDA, or any other fancy gadgetry. Low-tech all the way. To the person above: I live and work without a smartphone the same way many people lived and worked without them before it cost over a hundred dollars a month to use one.
