    Storage facility fencing

We have an application for a 30 unit storage facility.
The others I have done out in the county have all put in Stockade fencing and barbwire. They have no residences in the area at all and are for boat and camper storage. This one is for personal storage.

This one though is next to a (nice & clean) mobile home park. It also has other residences next to it.

I am not sure what kind of fencing to require and landscaping?
    Lighting?

This is also very close to a major interstate exit.

What kinds of ideas can you give me??
It is all a matter of perspective!!!

My city's regs require a 6' masonry wall for personal storage businesses, with a landscape buffer outside the wall. We are very very suburban, though, so the regs for this kind of thing are tight.

We also have specialty regs for lighting and fencing when a use is adjacent to residential zoning. I have a chapter for that, if you want to PM me I could send you a copy - but again, very very very suburban. Not rural-friendly at all.
