Point 1-I've yet to see the annual "walk like a zombie day" or "dress like a ninja day."
Point 2-I think there's even a translator on Facebook to convert text into pirate speak.

Zombies. Because ultimately the undead always win, plus there is the coming zombie apocalypse. Pirates may have talk like a Pirate day, but neither they nor ninjas have been linked to the end of the world.

I picked zombies because I think one can argue any of the three. The difference maker is how people act when they are one of the three. Being that there is a national talk like a pirate day and very often zombie walks throughout areas on Halloween, these two stand out.
And although I enjoy both Holidays, the zombie walks never get old. Talking like a pirate is only fun for 8 hours straight, any longer than that and you're asking to get punched in the face.
Insanity in individuals is something rare - but in groups, parties, nations and epochs, it is the rule.

Ninjas - hands down
Zombies aren't real so they lose. Pirates are dirty outlaws, so they're breaking the social compact. Ninjas are civilized and inspires this awesome show - Ninja Warrior

Obviously, I pick zombies. I mean, anyone could become a zombie. Even a pirate or a ninja. I doubt my ability to become a pirate (theft is wrong and I like baths) or a ninja (I'm not that bendy and jumpy). The thing that is cool about zombies is that they can come from anywhere and when you least suspect it.

Pirates: Outlaws who live on the ocean with scurvy. That, or they get gunned down by Navy Seals.
Zombies: Eat brains. Smelly. Difficult to find dates. Difficult to hold conversations without saying "uhhhhhhhhhhh" or "braaaaiiiins."
Ninjas: Kill people anonymously without sea sickness or requirement to eat brains. No threat from Navy Seals. Can hold conversations if they want, but better and easier to kill.

I think it's pretty clear it's pirates; they have gold and jewels and sail all over the Caribbean! (Plus, when I was growing up, who ever heard of ninjas or zombies? Nobody...)

This weekend we took Junior to the Michigan Pirate Festival. I now regret voting for ninjas. I'm now realise pirates are far and away the coolest.
Seems many of the participants are ren faire retreads and just swap out a few minor garment changes and get their 'aaaargh' on. Junior really enjoyed the games (foam sword fighting, does it get any funner?) and dad enjoyed some of the pirate wench costumes
