A lot of the sign definitions/example are not content neutral and should not be used,

Looks like they "borrowed" some things from Cyburbia. The infamous "Kiss my ass commie planning zoning" portable, and photos of billboards in Alamogordo, high-rise signs in Amarillo, and a sidewalk sign and portable sign on the street in North Buffalo that I took several years ago. I'm flattered, but not if the person that "borrowed" the signs is a blueshirt that only visits "the other site."

The election sign is a parody of a Liberal Party candidate sign from Canada. It's really inapproprate, even if used in an American code. It's the equivalent of an anti-Democrat reference in a Canadian code.

Photos? Pictures? A real ordinance doesn't have any of those! Complex calculation tables and outdated definitions are the way to go!
