    Tiburon CA (Marin County)

Including a few brief looks at Belvedere. These are from last Saturday.

Nice pics RJ! We have similar tastes in pictures, i took some of the exact same pictures back when i visited Tiburon in 2007.

Nice looking town. The pictures of the commercial area(s) you show remind me a prototype for "former fishing town turned quaint tourist destination".

    Reminds me of Newport, RI.
I'm sorry. Is my bias showing?

I have a few others. Do you have an image of the old train station? That would be cool to post.

I used to live on Lower Via Casitas in Greenbrae. Did that stint for a couple of years. Road my 10-speed to the Larkspur Ferry to SF and worked for....BP.

Not much of a response. I guess all ya'll don't care for pictures from California.

    I'll stop posting.

See them on my FB page.

Funny how there are very few males out and about. but many tanned, toned, blonde women.

I'm sure thats just a coincidence. Lots of tanned blonde women in Holland too I noticed... not that I look for those things.

That firehouse is amazing. Never seen one in Craftsman bungalow style, and I don't ever recall ever seeing one that was not made of a dark brick.

Keep posting RJ. This is a great way to see other places (especially since I don't do FB). Just because I don't post doesn't mean I don't appreciate.

I just discovered another interesting image from Tiburon. It's a view towards Belvedere Island. Look at the ridge line. Which tree is the cell tower?

My guess is the one that is right of center on the line of the tallest sailboat mast.

Even the multi-millionaires need wireless connections?
