10am PST start time for a win or go home game just to show the Yanks in primetime? I call BullSh*t

Instead of heading to a game 5 win or go home Reds / Giants game, I am working on a Staff Report. Who thinks that a 1pm game is a good idea? Games should be at 7 pm..... STUPID!

    New rule:

Games should start no earlier than 4 PM PST or no later than 8 PM EST.

I didn't stay up and watch the Tiger's fiasco last night. I'm not working tomorrow so I won't have an excuse tonight. Either JV brings it home. Or I curse the existence of Papa Grande.

I had to do a full explanation of this to my wife last night. I'm still not sure she got it.

I would rather lose to any other team in the playoffs. Screw moneyball!!

I now owe two people my pain. I am glad you get to gloat. The Reds can't win at home...

It's the curse of the Dusty striking again. As a Cubs fan who saw another Dusty collapse, I feel your pain.

No..Dusty Baker is a "players" manager. Who should have yanked Latos after the bases were juiced. Latos was gased and much more concerned with the umps call version righting the ship, than a strait cheddah shot for Buster. We know this pain all too well. It's called leaving in Russ Ortiz wayyy too long in Game 6 of the 2002 World Series.

I heard that was the first time the Reds lost 3 home games in a row. I watch both teams during Spring Training and was indifferent to the outcome. Unfortunately I could not see the game last night. The only playoff baseball that was able to see was Orioles and Yankees...have I mentioned how much I hate Bud Selig.

August 5 through 9 they lost 5 in a row. June 18 through 22 they lost 4 in a row....I didn't search their schedule any earlier. What's the point?

Oops, never mind....you wrote "home" games.

His third year in the majors and Buster Posey has, rightly so, become a legend in the Bay Area.

I am tired of watching the Cardinals barely make the playoff then dominate in the playoffs...although they some great fans.

Well leave off the great fans part.

I don't like the Yankmees much, but I wouldn't wish a broken ankle on anyone, especially at 38 yo.

I have no doubt Jeter will be back next year. I am curious to see how the Yankees will respond...my hope is the roll over and the Tigers sweep.

I was talking about the injury with a couple of baseball fans and the Y. At 38, he may not. Even with the best medical care money can buy, the body just doesn't heal as fast at 38. Father time is no respecter of persons.

The 2 ALCS games and the 1 NLCS game were absolutely great games.

BIg run innings - comebacks - extra innings - ARod sucking - just great baseball.

If the Giants continue to suck at home there will be no "next" series to go watch

He got a meaningless hit in the last inning, how could that be sucking?

RE: all the b!tching about blow calls. First, you should not have put yourself in a position where the call made a difference. Second, championship teams overcome these sorts of things. Missed calls go both ways during a game and are part of the game.
