    I've heard enough

Expressions that really should be retired:

    Sweet spot
    Spot-on
    World-class
Flip-flopped, or flip flopper (exception: flip-flop referring to those flimsy sandals)

In agreement. This gets used to describe anything that is out of the ordinary. I'm sorry a 6 inch snowstorm, while a pain in the butt, is NOT epic when you live in the great lakes.

Oh like that would happen... But it did get me thinking that at the end of the day I think we should run these up the flag pole to see if they will result in a win/ win for off of us. But here's the deal, and your going to need to trust me on this one, some phrases are just too big to fail if you just think you side the box. After all, they can be sustainable if you can do more with less. That will allow you to find the sweet spot which is not for nothing. Well, that is unless you are a world class flip flopper with no strategic vision, which in it's self, is epic.

    Seacrest OUT.

    same with the term "No-Brainer"
You get all squeezed up inside/Like the days were carved in stone/You get all wired up inside/And it's bad to be alone

You can go out, you can take a ride/And when you get out on your own/You get all smoothed out inside/And it's good to be alone
