Hi everyone (Queen's University vs. York University)

Recently got accepted to Queen's University Urban Planning Program and York University environmental studies (planning) with some funding. Both programs seems excellent, with great faculty that match my interest. Queens is much smaller program with much less student when compared to york university. however, I am indecisive, Can anyone provide me with any information that can inform my decision. I would greatly appreciate any advice or past experiences from past student, current student or those starting in the fall.

There are two main concerns when considering which of the two schools to attend. One: Do you want to live in Toronto? Two: Do you want a policy-focused planning education.

Go to York if you want to live in Toronto.

Go to Queens if you want a reputable program. I've heard that York's program is on thin ice.

thanks a million... living in Toronto is not really a top priority, however I have heard positive things about queen's. still undecided though....
