Grapefruit, Medicine Interaction Warning Expanded
All I take is nutritional supplements so I am not too worried, but it makes me wonder if I should also be drinking more grapefruit juice to help get the most nutrition out of the foods that I do eat.
Also makes me wonder if you drink grapefruit juice and take the little blue pill, will it last 8 hours?

Also note: Flu shots are very important for many people to get. Please do not think they are scary like vaccinations. They are good for you and help keep otherwise healthy people out of doctor's offices and emergency rooms. My boss can be a total asshat. He sent me an e-mail insinuating that my lack of attention to detail (unfounded) would waste grant funds. Really? I'm the manager of this freaking grant, I'm the one dealing with the day-to-day budget, I'm the one who knows what HUD is requiring for this grant. He hasn't been around the past 8 months so doesn't know what is going on and to think that I would be willing to waste city funds is frankly insulting.
