Just spent 3 hours setting the planning commission calendar. Instead of a regular monthly meeting day, we meet with the shortest time frame to get an application to city council for final action. In KS there is a 20 day public notice period. Also 14 days from the PC action before council consideration. Oh, and the official newspaper only comes out on Wednesdays. I take the council meeting dates and work the days backwards. We are just soooo customer friendly.

I just ate a little breakfast.....some cheese pizza Combos I keep in my desk drawer. The package proudly proclaims "made with REAL CHEESE" so now I am feeling especially healthy and vibrant this morning. It's important to eat good wholesome foods and Kansas wheat and Wisconsin dairy are certainly the very bedrock foundations of good nutrition.
