Maybe you could post a picture of yourself so we have something to remember you by. Maybe wearing boots. In front of Macy's.

I'll second. I mean, you NEED to stay connected, right?

I'm pretty sure I'm incompetent to stand trial and defend myself.

I'm not even competent to defend myself to my spouse. I'm in big trouble for expressing that I think we consistently overspend on Christmas. Big. Trouble. Big. Like, I'm not sure I should drive home trouble!

Miss you guys during the day. Your bosses are stupid poo-poo heads for saying you can't play. Poo-Poo! There's only one solution: we must all vow to become MORE ACTIVE afterhours. I'm currently doing my part.

You're right. They've got poo-poo all over their faces. But your face is NICE and clean. And you're doing a NICE job of after hours posting.

    I like that!

Check me out after hours posting....got to hang out at an old house for work today....ventured upstairs to find an all stained wood 2nd floor! Ceiling, walls, floors....beautiful heart pine everywhere. The house will go for a townhome development, but the good stuff will not be going to the C & D landfill.

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves?
Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.
Broke parts take a little longer, though.

People will miss that it once meant something to be Southern or Midwestern. It doesn't mean much now, except for the climate. other than 1-1-01, I don't think I recall where I was or what I did on any other of those 'benchmark' days

Submitted a grant proposal yesterday. I love being able to do that then shift my attention to the other 485 things on my to-do list.

I am going to make sausage-cheeseballs for our holiday potluck at the office Friday. Should they all be toothpicked? Or do you think the masses can be trusted not to thrust dirty paws into the pot?

I would provide a giant spoon... but I don't have one right now that I don't mind taking out of my home and I have no time to shop for such a thing between now and then. They are dry, btw, not saucy.

Leave them to wallow in their own pestilence - no toothpicks, I say.

Last night I witness the most elegantly spoken psychotic rant that I'd ever heard at a public hearing. The take away was that the speaker was opposed to allowing detached accessory dwelling units because they would be detrimental to her well being. Specifically after approval the following actions would occur:
    1. Her children would obtain power of attorney over her estate.
    2. The would use their delegated authority and her money to build a detached accessory dwelling unit.
    3. They would force her to live in the accessory dwelling unit.
    4. At some point she would wake up in the middle of the night disoriented.
    5. In her disoriented state, she falls and breaks her hip.
    6. Her children. fail to her fall as she is in a shed in the backyard
    7. They find her days later.
    8. She goes to the hospital for a few days.
    9. She is released to a rehab facility
    10. She dies from some infection.
    11. Her children stores junk in the detached accessory dwelling unit.
    12. The neighbors property values drop as a result.
    Very entertaining.

I love reading the letters to the editor in the local paper. So many people spouting off their uninformed opinions.

Things like this make me wonder how people can ever keep straight faces at public hearings.

    1. you just made a generalization
    2. generalizations are bad things
    3. when I encounter bad things I become distraught
    4. in a distraught state I will seek to escape and go for a walk
    5. while out walking I approach a busy intersection
    6. in my distraught state I attempt to cross the road but am oblivious to the approaching Volvo
    7. the Volvo driver attempts to brake but cannot do so in time and I am struck
    8. I do not immediately die but lay in the road bleeding. someone dials 911
    9. the EMT's arrive on the scene and a crowd of people gather around to gawk at me
    10. I did not heed my mothers advice and everyone sees I am wearing soiled underwear

Why are you trying so hard to humiliate me WSU MUP!?
