Good for you! That's what we chose to do after experiencing enough heartbreak the traditional way. Probably the wisest thing we ever did. PM me if you like.

My wife and I adopted our oldest 9 years ago when she was 4. It was one of the best things that I have done, she has made our lives more interesting than I could ever imagine. A interesting plus is that she favors me quite a bit was born in 1999, which was during my late 90's dating prime, so it is fun to run into old girlfriends from that time period. You can tell they are all trying to do the math to see if I was faithful during the time we were together.

Perhaps you did not witness last year's padfest. We cranked out something like a 1000 posts in a few days.

If someone, who shall remain nameless, could help themselves and not split threads we might get there

Guess where I will be on New Year's Eve?

I'm having chicken and rice for lunch, LP. Come over and have some. Now you've been formally invited and will hurt my feelings if you don't come to lunch.

PS. Dandy, I'm so very happy for you! All the best in your efforts. Out there somewhere, the world's luckiest baby is waiting.
