So we haven't hit 2k yet... interesting... and it is May 1... interesting. I need to have more random thoughts I think.

I totally feel ya. (Hope it goes better.) I'm actually more of a pawn, lost in a rabbit hole, being out-thought by a bunch of Neverlanders - which adds to my embarassment. I'm tired of being considered a pushover. I may flatten my big sexy hair and kick some butt around here soon.

I mean, don't hold your breath or anything....but just maybe.

I've been a bit of slacker...I'll admit...and my reasons are good.

My random thought for the day is this:

I'm getting the I need a new job itch...my current position will not grow again for a while, there are no opportunities on the horizon and once again we are going into crisis mode when one of my co-workers takes military leave for three months starting next month...its going to be a long summer, sigh

How do you make your job exciting and new again?

    Sorry, i'm a little beach_bummed right now.

So am I. But I get paid fairly well so I'm cool with it.

It's the Mad Splitter's fault. To deal with it I suggest we go for the highest number of threads split off of RTDNTOTO in a year and the lowest number of residual posts in RTDNTOTO. Put the burden on the one whose fault it is.

Okay, I don't think it's going to crash again today. Post away, and make up for lost time. LOLcats, memes, anything.

    Never heard of this before.

My wife's mother has been diagnosed with serious emphysema and may have to be on supplemental oxygen permanently. She never smoked.

Her emphysema was caused by inhaling the smoke from a wood stove that she used for cooking most of her life.

I wondering if they'll be able to get any of the Occupy Detroit protestors to stay in Detroit?

Come follow me on my way home from work. First, though, I have to go a couple of miles in the opposite direction to Wegmans, and pick up some dog food.

    Passing by the co-op.

    Some rush hour congestion.

Speed tables. I hate speed tables.

    Opens up a bit.

    Approaching the Octopus.

Long signal, railroad grade crossing, and another co-op.

Might have to wait for a while.

    Turn left, and another light.

    Waiting.

    Waiting.

    There we go!

    Arrive at Wegmans.

    Pack the car.

Check out those shopping cart shelters!

Pass by a used car dealer.

    Little city park.

    Back through town.

    Congestion near downtown.

    By that first co-op.

Ready to go up a long, steep hill.

    And up.

    And up.

    That's it!

You know what sucks is breaking a crown over a root canal off. What a weird sensation.
