    Going over things to keep the list up to date, I could find no record of the individual highlighted.

    (a *POX* on whoever placed this name in the annals earlier this year! )

    OTOH, and so far unreported in here, genuine Medal of Honor recipient John F. Baker, Jr. did pass away on 2012-01-20.
