    You!

Here's a 1980s JAM.....a good rocker.....this is a favorite tune at The Roundhouse at Put-In-Bay. Everytime I hear it I think about "The Bay".

What do these tunes all have in common that makes 'em so cool?

Perhaps: All from Baby Boomer youth (50s and 60s)?
Perhaps: Baby Boom fascination with secret agent stuff expressed via three different medias: Television, movies, music?

That said, we better do some checking:

To compliment that is The Peter Gunn theme.

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves?
Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?
    From Kelly's Heroes (1970)

Are you sure you're not hurt ?
No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.
Broke parts take a little longer, though.

    Coffee?

Great version of this olde tune. Unfortunately, the title is slightly wrong and it cuts off just before it finishes. Still enjoyable as my entry for a JOTD.

Tune from The Guess Who, with (perhaps) lead singer Burton Cummings lamenting an old love from Indy. Really nice song.

    Goose The Maister

This one's for Maister. Johnny & The Hurricanes hailed from Toledo suburb Rossford. I believe that Johnny Paris passed away a couple years ago. Interesting tune, though not my favorite Hurricane song. This video has an attachment at the end.....kind of silly and not really necessary.

This thread has been too quiet. It is reeking of a certain sort of "hush". Let's change that.
