    Good news: Bad news

The good news - Congratulations the mall in your community just got two more tenants and is now at 100% occupancy
The bad news - the new tenants are a second hand clothing store and the "New Life Evangelical Holy Scripture Church"

EDIT: in case I didn't make it clear, the intent of this thread is to propose your own humorous good news/bad news scenarios

People will miss that it once meant something to be Southern or Midwestern. It doesn't mean much now, except for the climate. The question, “Where are you from?” doesn't lead to anything odd or interesting. They live somewhere near a Gap store, and what else do you need to know? - Garrison Keillor

The good news: You have finally landed on a deserted island and have the entire tropical paradise to yourself and your loved ones. There seems to be plenty of fruit, fresh water, and fish to harvest.
The bad news: No one knows how to make coconut rum.
