There's still some work to do this week, though. Server optimization, maybe setting up memcache.

I think we might have a stable server, albeit not completely tweaked yet. The server load was a little bit high during reindexing, but that's normal, and there were no timeouts or major slowdowns. Server load was under 1 through the night.
Email to Cyburbia's active memberbase goes out on Monday, provided there's no other difficulties.

Seemed to run fast through lunch, although it hasn't been as busy lately. Slow performance might have scared some people off. Hopefully they'll make their way back. Overall traffic is about the same; it's just that member activity is down.

Had a problem where error messages appeared when new threads were started in some forums. These were forums where new posts were sent out to Twitter. It's related to the Twitter plugin, bit.ly domain shortening, and a quirk of how PHP operates on the new server. Fixed for now by using is.gd instead of bit.ly for now.
Next up, and not really server-related: 404 pages. Before vBulletin 4, we had them. Now, it's just a generic 404.
