    Entry Level Planner in Pennsylvania

    Hi folks,

I'm an entry level planner with one year county level, and 6 months municipal planning experience. I also worked for a year on conservation and recreation planning with a growing land trust in SE PA.

I love discussion forums. I'm a member on automotive, mountain biking, motorcycle, backpacking, and a few other topics. The sharing of information and the communities that discussion forums provide are excellent ways of building knowledge at global scale that we can apply to our own communities.

I hope to be active and involved on Cyburbia forums.

    Hello, from Dallas, TX!
"We do not need any other Tutankhamun's tomb with all its treasures. We need context. We need understanding. We need knowledge of historical events to tie them together. We don't know much. Of course we know a lot, but it is context that's missing, not treasures." - Werner Herzog, in Archaeology, March/April 2011

    Welcome from SW Ohio!
I'm sorry. Is my bias showing?

Let's not be didactic in this profession, because that is a path to disillusion and irrelevancy.

Welcome from the Finger Lakes region of New York!

Been through Erie more times than I can count, but only stopped and looked around the city a couple of times. Downtown was surprisingly lively one time I passed through. Driving down I-90, I get the impression that you guys really like your commercial truck, heavy equipment, and prefab Amish shed dealers.

Welcome from New Mexico! I grew up in Delaware County (little town called Wallingford) so I know SE PA well. Though I realize that's not where you are currently.
