Interesting article. South Florida has a rail right-of-way that is being considered as a rail line connecting Miami to Orlando. It is being touted as a major breakthrough as a commuter line. I think it is 20 years late and not using this vital right-of-way to its fullest potential. There is so much more that can be done there
