For those of you that do floodplain permits, and charge a fee for applications, and have really, really crappy maps as a result of the D-FIRMs (map modernization process), are you charging the application fee in all instances? Have you built in some kind of "exception" to the fee schedule when it is maybe a zone A and clearly, clearly not the 1% or even .2% floodplain?
