Does anyone have subdivision ordinance language that either exempts or
provides special provisions for governmental entities respective of land
division? For example, if a city is considering purchasing multiple parts
of existing parcels for the purpose of combination to build a large
facility, where some of these parcels may otherwise not be compliant with
minimum lot frontage or other requirements?
