Snugglers: special land use or adult regulated: you decide

Since Kodak went bankrupt, people in Rochester have been rather creative about new business startups.

So, zoning administrators, how would you classify a professional snuggler?

Hmmm, sounds like an appropriate use for an office zone, tucked (snuggled?) nicely between the dentists office and the insurance agency.

As an aside I wonder what percentage of her clients just happens to be male? Do you suppose a male 'snuggler' could make a go of it?

People will miss that it once meant something to be Southern or Midwestern. It doesn't mean much now, except for the climate. The question, “Where are you from?” doesn't lead to anything odd or interesting. They live somewhere near a Gap store, and what else do you need to know? - Garrison Keillor

Being a hugger myself, I think it's a fabulous idea and I would permit it under "Personal Care Services". I would also attempt to get a part time job there.

After reading that website my first thought is "some one would pay for this service?"

I agree with the personal/ professional services but question the service limitation referenced on the website.
