Strong Cities Challenge - Any Takers?

    I received this today:

As a leader in , I thought you would like to know about Strong Cities, Strong Communities Challenge Las Vegas - an international competition developed and funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Economic Development Administration (EDA).

Las Vegas was awarded this unique opportunity by the EDA to help revitalize targeted areas within the city of Las Vegas with innovative, creative and transformational ideas from the best and brightest - like you. The city is reaching far and wide to solicit the most qualified multidisciplinary teams in the fields of land planning, urban design and other related fields to participate in this SC2 Challenge. Cash prizes totaling up to $900,000 will be awarded with the grand prize of $500,000 – no strings attached.

Please find below a press release with information about the competition. You can also learn more at: https://lasvegas.sc2prize.com/

Any takers? I thought it might be fun to try to put together a Cyburbia team to take on the challenge.
Anyone want to adopt a dog?

I don't pretend to understand Brannigan's Law. I merely enforce it.

Whether people are most interested in Las Vegas, Greensboro, or Hartford, the registration deadline is today (July 24).
As per official contest rules, each person can only participate in one of the three cities.

Today I registered for the HARTFORD SC2 Challenge:
    https://hartford.sc2prize.com/ABOUT

Anybody who missed the deadline and wants to take over as a Hartford team representative/leader:
Please either post on this thread or PM me.
