It is very simple. We do it on Cyburbia. One at a time. You snake draft post. So the first person posts their draft pick, then gives a time that the second person must draft by... I think we usually go with 4 or 6 hours after. You then have that window to get your pick in. It usually takes about a week to get all the results in. Then the Commish puts the teams in for each player, and we go from there.
It works really well, it just takes forever.

Reading that we "snake draft post" does that mean in each thread for each round we pick 1 through 8 and then 8 again back down to 1 to complete the round and the thread then closes? In which case a round is actually 16 picks in total?
Not that I would complain about picking first in every round.

That makes sense to me, it's just the Round 2 thread (and all subsequent Rounds) has the same order listed as Round 1. Not that I'm complaining!

I looked back and we used to suspend the clock at 6PM Eastern, so that's how I am running the South draft.
