    So and so, what-not, and other nonsense phrases, or what have you

    I never understood the idea of people using "so and so" to describe a person as in "Betty said that those pant's made so and so look fat." Same thing with "such and such"...

    people here us the term "what-not" at the end of every sentence - as in, "so I talked to him and what-not" - huh?
