My idea of a good salad is to start with a few pieces of lettuce. Lay a thick steak, still pink inside, on top of the lettuce and then top that with onions. This would be ideally accompanied by a baked potato with lots of butter and bacon as a dressing.
Anyone want to adopt a dog?

It is a simple salad anyone can make at home, but the sirene cheese is the kicker. It's hard to find around here, pretty much just confined to South-Eastern Europe. Feta is close, but not quite right.
