    1. I seem to be pushing papers more and planning less here
    2. Wife commented last night "Oh here we go, the crack of the bat and the boring commentary."
    3. Garage door broke and I have to fix it this weekend
    4. Wife won't stand for it to continue to be manually operated
    5. I tried 2 beers from North Coast Brewing (CA) last evening - very pedestrian
    6. Workshop tonight
    7. We have an employee that is chronically late however he has an excuse every time - glad its not my worry
    8. They are tearing up the street a block from the office which requires me to take a 3 block detour - its a nice residential street with many old (1920 era) home so the scenery is nice
    9. Heading to ATL for Braves games in May, need to get hotel room downtown and head to the Vortex for lunch (bubba knows what I'm talkin' about)
    10. Now that lp has returned, I miss ts and her mermaid postings

    1. heading out of town this weekend for some badly needed R&R
    2. Started some packing last night, the missus tried on her bathing suit and naturally major drama ensued
    3. Junior is being a very conscientious pet-owner. Feeds his betta fish twice a day every day
    4. Coupons are nice in principle but it's easy to forget sometimes TANSTAAFL
    5. boss returns today
    6. this car thing has me down. I really don't want to sell, but it appears I have little choice
    7. Don't forget 'Elementary' is a new episode tonight...I hope (and no stupid basketball)
    8. I really don't get the whole March Madness thing (maybe I oughta post that on another thread)
    9. I've got the garden beds prepared but it's been so bleedin' cold and windy I still havent set up the greenhouse
    10. on tap tonight: Fat Tire Amber Ale (one of my faves)
    People will miss that it once meant something to be Southern or Midwestern. It doesn't mean much now, except for the climate. The question, “Where are you from?” doesn't lead to anything odd or interesting. They live somewhere near a Gap store, and what else do you need to know? - Garrison Keillor

    1. Getting a haircut tonight.
    2. Hubby is making turkey burgers for dinner.
    3. Hubby has to drill this weekend.
    4. Drill location is only 90 min away but he will be heading up Friday night and returning Sunday night.
    5. My pants don't fit.
    6. Working on a presentation to a class of 5th graders.
    7. It is more difficult than I thought. (I think I'm over-thinking it.)
    8. Finally some sunshine today!

    3. What does it take to get students more involved in Cyburbia?
    4. It doesn't seem to work to try and foster involvement in the Introduce Yourself subforum.
    5. My wife is likely going to take a new job.
    6. I am really excited for her.

    9. I like that it seems there are more jobs available these days.

    1. Five day work weeks are too long.
    2. I'm taking tomorrow off.
    3. Can regulars be new and still be regulars?
    4. Students need jobs to get them involved in Cyburbia.
    5. kjel was a student Cyburbian but she had real world exp.
    6. I'm surprised RT hasn't joined us.
    7. Spending day tomorrow in field teaching kids wetland ecology.
    8. Spending tomorrow evening as student in Texas amphibian watch train the trainer program.
    9. Wedding to attend on Saturday during Michigan vs Syracuse game. &*(&^*(^((_#%!!!

    1. Do gourmet jelly beans that are made with fruit juice count as fruit or as vegetable?
    2. My scenic drive home was the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
    3. That's the nation's first Super Highway.
    4. There are four tunnels on the turnpike between Harrisburg and Irwin.
    5. Two are separated by about 100'.
    6. The flesh colored tape across my stitches is begininng to look like dirty flesh.
    7. Please refer to Planit's # 7.
    8. I wish that autocorrect would stop replacing "yes" with "he's".
    9. The part of Lancaster where I stayed seems to be completely paved.
    10. The Ridge and Valley is my favorite physiographic province.
