The Director of the Eco. Dev. department was unprofessional in how she handled a situation with my department (basically airing her grievances with lower level staff in front of a developer). We has some tense words yesterday about the development review process and a specific project but didn't really discuss her handling of the situation. Should I confront her about her actions and how she should address future concerns about my department or do I just let it die?
Part of me feels that I should say something but another part of me feels as if we should just move on and perhaps once there is some distance from yesterday's exchange that I bring it up then.
Background: Personally and professionally we've always gotten along in the past.
