    Oh NO - drunklage again!
    Saved!

    Reds. That is all.

carlos gomez is such a punk.

also, the Rays can't even fill up half of that stadium when they're playing this well?!? that franchise needs to move somewhere where they have fans.

Cleveland fans are the same way right now, and they are one of the great stories of the year. Pathetic.

    And now we're set!

    Wildcards:
    NL: Pittsburgh vs. Cincinnati
    AL: Tampa Bay vs. Cleveland

NL: Braves vs. Dodgers & Pittsburgh or Cincinnati vs. St. Louis
AL: Oakland vs. Detroit & Tampa Bay or Cleveland vs. Boston

September was important if you look and see how the teams changed positions.

Congrats to the Pirates for getting into the real playoffs (I despise the wild-card in MLB) for the first time in 21 years, I suppose. Man, do I have fond memories of the '92 NLCS...

I hope the next memo he gets says - "Thanks. You are fired."

Looking into the Future: Braves beat Dodgers...Pirates beat Cardinals - and it's 1992 all over again. I would love to relive that moment!!!

There is no way the braves beat the dodgers..

I am so conflicted, I hate the dodgers. I dislike America's team (thank you TBS).

    Hmmm..

    Go braves

Why does he staple Billy Hamilton to the bench?

He is a "player's"manager. The man just has no authority to make good decisions when it comes to the wire. Cost the giants a ring in 2002, that made me loose a bet to my than girlfriend, which then embarrassed me in front of my friends, which led me to break up with her after a weekend getaway.. don't get cable..oh wait

I remember how awfully he managed the Giants bullpen in that World Series against the Angels.

The thing with Hamilton shows how incompetant he is. Look what Joe Maddon gets out of Sam Fuld, for instance. When you have a base-stealing threat like that you find a way to use him. Of course, when you are a "player's manger" you can find an excuse not to do anything...

I'm not sure who are bigger idiots. The TBS announcing crew. Or the Oakland fans.
